How can I see a larger picture of your products and get some more information before placing my order?
Each one of the thumbnail images you find on our site is clickable. If you click on the thumbnail image of a product you are interested in, a larger image along with a description will open up in a pop up. If it's not working for you, you may need to turn your pop up blocker off. How long is it going to take to get my order?
The simple answer is that it depends on when you placed your order and what shipping method you selected. We guarantee same day shipping for every order we receive by 1:00 EST. If you placed your order before that cut-off, it will ship that day. After that, it's in the hands of UPS and USPS. Do you ship to countries outside the United States?
Yes, we ship internationally to most major countries. When placing your order, please check the country drop down box. If your country is listed, then we can ship to you. If your country is not listed, then chances are we do not normally ship there. If your country is not on the list, please do not take it personally. We appreciate the fact that people from countries all over the world visit our website and become our customers. But unfortunately, some countries have so much fraudulent activity that we shy away from shipping to those countries as a preventative measure. However, we are always willing to make exceptions if the circumstances warrant it, so please check with us if you do not see your country on the list.
I received my order and one of the clothing items (t-shirt, hat, etc.) doesn't fit. What can I do?
If you receive a t-shirt or other apparel item that doesn't fit right, we will gladly exchange it for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase and wear your superhero shirts and other clothing items comfortably. Each manufacturer produces its products a little bit differently, and we do our best to provide sizing charts that reflect those differences. Please contact our customer service department at orders@superherostuff.com and they will provide you with instructions for returning the shirt and getting the size you need. The shirt must be returned in the condition in which it was received. We are not able to accept shirts with stains, marks or other signs of wear. We charge a $1.00 restock fee per shirt for all returns/exchanges unless the mistake/problem was on our end. Exchanges are available for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
I received my order but you sent me the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. What can I do?
We do our best to make sure every order we send out is accurate, but occasionally mistakes do happen. We guarantee every shipment we send out and we want you to be satisfied. If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, have no fear, we will take care of it for you. Please contact our customer service department at orders@superherostuff.com or call us at 1-866-787-4376 and we can make the arrangements for getting the merchandise back and sending you the right thing. If we made a mistake, you will not be charged any sort of re-stock fee. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is a problem.
Do you have more items that are not shown on the website?
Not typically. We try to make sure every product we have in our warehouse is available on the website. If you are looking for something specific and can't find it on the website, please call or e-mail us and we will do our best to help you.
What is the difference between Pre-Order, Backordered and Sold Out?
Pre-Order means we do not have the item but we are expecting it soon and are letting customers order it in advance. With any pre-ordered item, you will not be charged until we actually ship the item.
Backordered means we are out of the item and are expecting to restock it; generally, we don't have a definitive arrival date for Backordered items and therefore do not make them available for purchase until the inventory has arrived in the warehouse.
Sold Out means the item has been discontinued by the manufacturer and we will most likely never see it again.
An item I want has been marked as "Sold Out" for a while now. Will you ever get it in again?
Unfortunately, if an item is marked as Sold Out, we will most likely never see it again. I know, we have some pretty cool designs marked as sold out but don't blame us, blame the manufacturers. We do our best to stock the widest variety of superhero products and find cool replacements for items that are no longer being made.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not typically accept money orders or checks at this time except in rare circumstances. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to pay by check or money order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
