for the loss of international orders. We are sorry but when an order is shipped internationally, we are unable to track or monitor it's movements. It
is beyond our sphere of influence. It is out of the US Post offices hands and is now in the hands of those Korrupt officials

Yes you can return the shirt you ordered. No problem. But first... we suggest that you start exercising and stop drinking soda and eating chips. They are full of
unwanted calories that pack on your hips (women) and gut (couch potatoe men). You can then return the item to our Shipping Address.

We will then refund you for the item but we will hold on to $1 per item for restocking. No, this is not a made up fee like the banks and phone companies tag on
to your bill it's legitimate and returned items suck up our resources faster than you can suck down a Big Gulp of Mt. Dew and eat a case of Pringles.

a couple of pounds since your last birthday. Hey, nothing wrong with it, but just don't stay in denial. If you're heavy, you're heavy! How are you supposed to know
what fits you?? Jesus, each thumbnail has a pop up with measurements on there. "Yeah, but why do I have to pay a whole dollar to return a friggen shirt??" Because,
we have to do more work. First off... We have to cut open the friggen package, which some are sealed with military grade, indestructable, lamenated, teflon coated tape which can take up to 5 minutes to open the friggen thing (if we're lucky that we don't cut ourselves
while using a lethal utility knife) and once
we get it open and once we can find the friggen band-aides we then have to find your order in our system, which half the time you guys don't even include any information so we have to act like Batman and figure out who
sent us the shirt, which takes us another 3-5 friggen minutes. THEN... we have to put the damn shirt back into inventory, which half the time we took the damn shirt off the site because you bought the last one
and the lame manufacturer decided 6 months ago not to make any more which means we have to find the damn image and text and blah blah blah and put it back up on the site, then... we have to print out another bar code, only after changing labels on the printer! Then we
fold the friggen thing after we remove all the dog hair from your stupid dog that slept on it for a week before you finally got around to returning the darn thing, then we have to shelve the thing and make it available
on the site, since it is most likely the last one we had and we removed the option to buy after you bought the shirt in the first place. On top of all that... we have to issue a credit on your friggen
credit card, which you LOST last month because you were out hoaring around with your ex-girlfriend and you passed out on her "couch" (yeah right) so you got another card
and we have to mail you a friggen check, which will get returned because your new girlfriend just kicked your sorry ass out
of her apartment, cause you're a cheating bastard, (which is why your stupid dog slept on our shirt) so we have to contact you again to get your new address.
If we're
lucky and we just refund your stupid card it still costs us money!! Yes it does! We get charged for every transaction, so not only do we lose the $18.75 for each shirt we refund you on we also lose even mo-money that goes to the merchant
service people who suck us dry just for breathing. When really all that was needed was for you to lose a couple of pounds
so you could fit into your shirts in the first place!! GOSH!

Although the girls managing the phones and your orders sound hot (and actually are), it is against company policy to date customers. However, they are happy to accept gifts by mail. For the girls' ring sizes, please call.
Do you ship to anywhere else other than the US and Canada? Yes, we
do ship to some other countries in Europe. (see list below of countries we DO NOT ship to). If
you would like us to ship to you in another county, the only way we can accept payment is via
money order, Paypal, or a US credit card (drawn on a US Bank). The reason for this is that we
are unable to verify credit card billing addresses with foreign banks. If you want to send us a
money order (payable in US dollars of course), FIRST Email Us what shirts you want (checking the
site to make sure the size you want is in stock). We will then set aside your order for 9 days until we receive
your money order.

shipping and handling will be. Then Email Us with what you are ordering, so we can
pull them off of the shelves immediately. Your order will then be held for 9 days until your
check arrives. Be sure to include shipping and handling in the money order. If the money order
does not arrive, then the shirts go back on the shelf.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We give you a whole bunch of options for shipping. You can chose from;
- UPS Ground - which can take up to 9 days if you live on the East Coast
- UPS Overnight - which only means overnight if you get your order in before NOON, AND if the order is placed on Monday through
Thursday. Remember, UPS won't deliver overnight on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. So don't come bitching to us if you place your order on
Thursday at 4pm expecting your package to arrive Friday morning. It just aint going to happen.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Which really means 3 days because it starts the next day. But if you order on a Friday or Saturday
you're going to be waiting for a long time cause UPS & Fed EX doesn't ship on those days! Look... if you order on Friday afternoon
UPS isn't coming until Monday and even then the first day they count is Tuesday which means your 2nd day delivery package won't arrive
until Wednesday after you placed your order.
- UPS 3 Day Air - which plays by the same rules as above!
- US Postal Service - Which is comparable to UPS Ground and is going to be First Class (3-8 days) for one
shirt and Priority (3-4 days) for more than one shirt.
- UPS International - probably a week or so
- US Global Priority - This is for international orders. It is actually quite fast. See, so many
people were complaining that their orders were taking up to 30 days to receive that we just went ahead and bumped up
shipping to Global Priority. We have even had some packages make it to Europe in 6 days flat! That's faster than some mail here in the US.
We just want to make you happy.
We do use delivery confirmation for every order that goes out, which lets us know when your package arrives. There is no tracking number
you need to be concerned with. If you don't receive your package withing the stated time
frame, please e-mail us and we will try to locate your package. If you need a shirt by a
specific date, for a gift or a special occasion, please contact us ahead of time so we can expedite your order.
What are the shirts made of? Are they cotton? Do they Shrink? The shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton. However, we advise washing in cold water to always be safe.
If I want to replace or exchange a shirt, will I be charged? Yes, there is a $1 restocking fee on top of you paying for us to have to ship out another shirt that fits you
better because you thought you were skinnier than you really are.
Can we return a shirt if we don't like the color or it doesn't fit, or can we exchange it for another shirt?
Yes, you can return your items and we will refund you the price of the shirt, minus the shipping cost. If you wish to exchange the shirt for another we can do that too,
we would just charge you the price for shipping the second shirt out to you once we receive the original shirt.
If I "Refuse Delivery" of a UPS package, what will happen
When a UPS package is refused, UPS charges the merchant, that would be us, money for the refusal. And it's not cheap.
If you refuse delivery of the UPS package due to some error on our part, we will refund all of your money. If it is because
of a change of mind on the customer's part, then we will refund the customer the price of the shirt minus the refusal delivery charge.
How do I take care of my new Super Hero shirts so they will last? We suggest turning the shirts inside out and washing them in gentle cycle in cold water. Some of the specialty shirts like the Superman Chrome and the High Density shirts should be hand washed if you want them to last longer.
Who would win in a race between Flash and Superman? Jesus, if I only had a dollar for every time we got asked this question. Listen, it depends on if The Flash you're talking
about is Barry Allen or Wally West. If it's Barry, Superman looses. Wally? Superman wins!
What are the exact measurements? Some variance occurs since the shirts come from many different manufacturers. The following however is a general guidleline. Previous customers have told us that shirts run true to size.

What if I want to exchange the shirt for another size?
If we send you the wrong size, than we will correct it by sending you the correct size, with a postage paid return envelope for the incorrect shirt. IF IT WASN'T our mistake, and you ordered the wrong size, then we'd be happy to send you out the correct size, and charge your card for the shirt and shipping and handling. Then once you return the unwashed and unworn shirt that wasn't the right size, we will credit your card just the amount of the shirt.
What if I wear the shirt and I then change my mind & want to return it? If you wear the shirt... you buy it. If you wash the shirt... then you buy it. Trying on the shirt
to see if it fits is not considered "being worn". If you return a shirt to us that has been obviously worn and/or washed, we will
send it back to you and charge your card for shipping.
What is a High Density T-Shirt? High Density is a screen Print t-shirt that has raised ink. It is a very thick print that is lifted off the face of the shirt. It is not your every-day, run-of-the-mill t-shirt. A very cool and different look all together.
What if I don't have a credit card?
You can e-mail us what shirts you want, making sure to check the site to see if the shirt is in
stock in the size that you want. Then we will send you a confirmation email, giving you the total
amount, including the shipping. You can then send us a money order. We will set aside your order until we receive your money
order. For the address see Question #1 above.
Are you getting more sizes of shirts? I have visited
your site several times but I do not see the size that I want. What's the
deal? Yes, we have new orders of shirts & other stuff coming in
about every other week. We try our best to get all the sizes we can in all the shirts in
stock, but sometimes they are not available so we put up on the site all that we have until
we get more shirts. We do not make the shirts ourselves, and unfortunately our suppliers
do not always make all the shirts in all sizes.
It says "Sold Out" on the shirt I want. Will there be any more? No. If a shirt is marked with "Sold Out", it means that it is no longer made. Of course,There is always a possibility that someday it will come back into stock, and at that time it will be added to the site... Just don't count on it.
So what's the difference between "Sold Out" and "Backordered"? A "Sold Out" shirt is not coming back into stock. A "Backordered" shirt will be available once we get them in from the manufacturer. And no, we can't take orders for items not currently listed as available on the site.
