The Marvel movie universe continues to expand its reach with the announcement of a stand alone Dr. Strange movie. The film is just in the beginning stages of development but is scheduled to be released soon after Marvel’s Ant-Man. Doctor Strange will help to kick off Phase 3 of the Marvel movie-verse. Here is what Kevin Feige of Marvel Studios had to say:
“He’s a great, original character, and he checks the box off this criteria that I have: he’s totally different from anything else we have, just like Guardians of the Galaxy. He’s totally different from anything we’ve done before, as is Ant-Man, which keeps us excited.”

Djimon Hounsou would make a great T’Challa. I thought Tyrese Gibson was going to be Luke Cage in a Power Man movie John Singleton was going to direct. If Tyrese Gibson doesn’t play Luke Cage, Idris Elba would make a great Power Man. Johnny Depp would be perfect to play Doctor Strange. I just hope they don’t f**k up Dormammu.
A Doctor who is full of himself then becomes Sorcerer Supreme? Who better than Dr. House, Hugh Laurie? There was a made for TV movie for Dr. Strange in the 80′s… who played the good doctor? ALEX TREBECK! One guy I think would be a perfect Black Panther… Michael Jai White… Watch Spawn and Universal Soldier 2 then tell me he wouldn’t make a great Black Panther… And Power Man Luke Cage? The Late Michael Clarke Duncan would have been perfect for that role!
First of all…I like the idea of Liam Neeson as Strange…. Neeson is truly a great actor and I think he really would fit the profile perfectly.
As for Marvel being prejudice? I don’t think so. You have the Blade movies where Wesley Snipes was the leading actor. Then you have Halle Berry as Storm, Samuel Jackson as Nick Fury…. just to name a few…Fury maybe has not had a lot of screen time but he has played a key role in most of the Marvel movies that led up to the Avenger movie…
Of course, I would eventually like to see a Black Panther movie myself…Maybe a Black Panther Origins…. Even a Luke Cage or Bishop Origins….but as stated already, Ant Man and Dr. Strange have been around much longer and they are supposedly tying all these movies tied together….

Go with Jefrey Dean Morgan he is a bad ass and has a neAr perfect look for the role so some make up prosthetics and hell look awesome as doctor strange /stephen vincent strange
