It’s Thursday and you know what that means…Oh, you don’t? Well, Thursday is when our superhero fight club meets every week! And since you may be new here, I’ll go over the rules. The first rule of superhero fight club: you do talk about superhero fight club. We want your opinion, your analysis and your soul…um, no not your soul….
This weeks battle is one for the ages! Marvel VS DC! Martial artist vs blind martial artist! The Boy Wonder vs the Man without Fear! Get ready to Thunderdome this thing!

Nightwing by a long shot. He was trained by one of the top martial artists in the DCU, who also happens to be the top strategist in the universe. He wins hands down.
This is a tough one. Nightwing has the advantage in the Acrobatiocs department but Daredevil not only has his Radar Sense but the ability to know when a person is going to make a move by listening to his or her pulse. But I’ll say Daredevil will win but it will not be an easy win.
DD has it. Stick trained some of the deadliest fighters in the Marvel U, and though Nightwing probably has more tricks up his sleeve than just a billy club, the heightened senses and radar leaves Murdock one step ahead.
NightWing: Trained by the Bat himself, and doing acrobatics since he was a kid. Better control and muscle memory
Nightwing, hands down.
Nightwing! He’s been doing this since he was what, 8? 10? Depends on the canon, but the point is, he’s been a superhero for most of his life. He was the original sidekick. He was trained by Batman and is loved and respected in the superhero community. He’s been the leader of several teams, including the Justice League at one point. Nightwing is a badass, not to mention a genius, and he doesn’t need powers to be one.
Meanwhile, Daredevil is a blind guy who uses his other enhanced senses to “see”. Even if he could stand his ground with Nightwing in a full-on fight, which I doubt he can, Dick would think circles around him. Daredevil wouldn’t stand a chance. Might even go so far as to say that he’d never see Nightwing coming. :p
Both have a high-level of knowledge in various fighting styles, and are highly skilled. But I would say that DD’s enhanced senses and “radar” probably put him out front.
Nightwing wins and its not even close.
Daredevil all the way. He has a power that no one has which is the ability to see in complete darkness so he’ll be able to see night wing coming… Just because night wing was trained by the caped crusader doesn’t me he is batman. Batman is only good with preparation every fan boy knows that. It would definitely be a great fight to watch but Murdock would come up on top.
This is close by the numbers, and even if you go into the special abilities/weapon. You can counter both.
Nightwing while fast/agile and trained by the master, Daredevil’s radar sense will pick up all those movements.
Daredevil on the other hand can easily be beaten if you can get him into a suddenly loud room (Subway tunnel, bat cave) Matt needs a controlled sound to create his radar correctly.
As much as I want to give this to Daredevil, I think Dick Wins.
Winner: Nightwing.
DD has a slight advantage with his radar sense, Nightwing need enviroment on his side if not he’s fried!
DD is a great fighter, trained by Stick and capable to beat hundreds of ninjas to be head of the hand.
Nitewing is a great martial artist but a bit less and his advantage with the truncheons are equal with DD Billy-cub

While both Nightwing and DD are top fighters leaving them close in physical prowess..
Nightwing has more experience and can find weakness in an combatant faster than DD. Yea DD has the radar sense, but that is also his greatest weakness. Nightwing will pick up on that and demolish him! For Nightwing weakness is not allowed!

Nightwing. In fighting ability I would call it close, but Nightwing due to gadgets. And Nightwing is not afraid to fight dirty.
Nightwing hands down! I never was really into DD but he’s still a cool superhero. Nightwing has more experience and yes DD does have radar sense but Nightwing will use that as an advantage… Nightwing wins !

DD, but only, and I hate to say it, because of powers.
Nightwing. Trained by the Batman, superior fighter and tactician. It’s close, but I’ll take Dick Grayson over just about anyone.
Nightwing. Never being played by Ben Affleck has to count as an advantage, right?
Daredevil, because Frank Miller will be writing him for this fight, so he’ll be just as badass as the Batman, and we all know that Batman would easily beat Nightwing.
A long,evenly matched battle until Nightwing’s keen detective skills allow him to discover Daredevil’s secret and uses DD’s hyper-sensitivity to sound to defeat him. Dick’s way too smart not to catch on to hornhead’s weakness. Nightwing wins but Daredevil comes close.
DD 4 THA WIN! No contest, both are great acrobats and fighters, but if the fight happens without any future notice of an upcoming battle daredevil 4 tha win
I’d have to give the advantage to Nightwing. Sure DD has his radar sense, as well as all other heightened senses. But Nightwing has Gadgets! And not just any gadgets, Waynetech stuff. All he needs to deploy is a small sonic device and totally drive DD Batty!! (see what I did there?)

DD may have the radar and prediction abilities, but NW is a master martial artist, a master acrobat, and a master detective. DD may be able to hang in the beginning, but I bet NW figures out that he’s predicting his movements before the first bell. He’ll know he’s blind by the second.
My first thought was DD because he has actual super powers, but after thinking about it for a bit Dick has been fighting guys with Meta abilities since he was a kid. He’d turn DD’s strengths against him, throw some sonics at him and take him down.
Nightwing; even if DD has radar sense, Nightwing has trained with the Bat! If DD were to sense Dick’s tactics and try to attack him in a way Nightwing would deem the loser, Nightwing is smart enough after having 3 different superhero careers that he can trick him! If you think otherwise because DD has superpowers, then we bring in the argument about gadgets…
Batman and Nightwing tend to rely on their gadgets just as much as their fighting skills… with prep time they can take just about anybody. Daredevil just kicks your ass with no prep time. Batman isn’t even the best fighter in DC… Richard Dragon, Bronze Tiger, and Connor Hawke are all better than him. Nightwing is a great acrobat, but DD has the tendency to put himself in harm’s way to throw you off your game. Plus, nobody knows that DD is blind. With his other heightened senses, you can’t sneak up on him or surprise him, he’ll beat you before you even figure it out. Even though I like DC slightly better than Marvel, DD beats Nightwing… and possibly even Batman too.
Man without fear wins by a longshot! I don’t even have to explain why!
I’m a huge marvel fan but this was a bad match up. I think Nghtwing will win. Daredevil will only have a chance if they are outside in the rain so he could sense every movement. But otherwise Nightwing will win easily. Nightwing is smart enough to to attack quietly and mess around with Daredevil’s senses to trick him. And plus Nightwing has way too much gadgets which gives him an advantage. Sorry marvel.
Daredevil. Being trained by Batman doesn’t make you auto-win in spite of ideas to the contrary. Neither does actually being Batman make you auto-win. Physically, Matt has superior feats to Richard and has stalemated or gone into prolonged fights with people vastly superior to that of Nightwing such as Captain America and Spider-Man. Skill wise, there’s nothing to suggest that Dick is a better martial artist, either. The super senses puts Matt over the top as the winner here, able to read NW’s moves as and even before they’re made. By the time NW goes for outright gadget spam, Matt (who’s more ruthless BY FAR) would have beaten him into a coma. Even sonic/sound based weapons wouldn’t make NW autowin considering Daredevil has endured a similar assault from Klaw…a dude made out of living sound. Really, NW’s only chance is one sided prep time and hoping Matt is an idiot.
I’ve always been more of a Marvel than a DC guy, but have to give it to Grayson so long as there’s any light to see by at all. He’s just got too many fun toys that offer no reaction time at all and I’ll wager that having been raised doing the dynamic duothing, that his senses are nearly as finely tuned as Murdoch.
Nightwing takes this one.
(Also have to agree with Jot that DD’s got that nightmare of having been played by Ben Affleckto deal with. I’m surprised that didn’t send him straight to the bottle.)
Daredevil wins. It doesn’t matter who trained who, or who *played* who (even less viable an argument). DD has a power, and can “see” things in ways Nightwing can’t even imagine, PLUS DD is also an ace martial artist. He’d hand NW his ass before NW could figure out how it happened, and use it to his advantage.
Nightwing… Especially if it’s Ben Affleck as Daredevil.
Daredevil will win only because he has more experience and you can’t teach that night wing as Allies and people to fall back on Daredevil is his own backup. It will be a close one but I think Daredevil has a better chance then Nightwing.
P.s. I do believe Daredevil has acrobatic skills to not allot but enough to make it a very close fight.
Nightwing. People will automatically assume that because DareDevil has his radar sense, it automatically gives him the win. Dick has been trained extensively in many forms of martial arts, including fighting without the use of his eyes. While its not radar sense, he’s been trained to use his senses in a similar fashion. But putting that aside; he’s the greatest acrobat in the DC Universe, he’s in the same physical class as Bruce (way above Olympic level), and he has access to more tech than DD. through out his career, he’s also had more experience dealing with meta humans, magical creatures, and extraterrestrials than DD. Overall, it all comes down to experience. In terms of martial arts he has far more experience in multiple styles. In terms of fighting meta human, he has far more experience due to his time as a Titan (so saying DD having powers gives him the win automatically isn’t exactly valid). He has more experience in being a detective, which would work to his advantage in combat. Dick would be able to fight evenly DD, until ultimately realizing the extent of DDs abilities and switching up the way he fights, even using tech, to his advantage. I could go on and on, but I won’t.
Daredevil wins. He’s got radar sense, he’s more acrobatic then people give him credit for because of his enhanced touch. No fear doesn’t hurt either. The billy clubs Matt uses, with the rope inside, gives him a versatile weapon. Nightwing may have more, but Matt could likely sniff or hear through echo location what he’s about to use.
Nightwing is cool and all, but being a Bat boy doesn’t make for an automatic win. Daredevil has this one.
(Also, just looking at the initial height and weight stats swayed me more towards Daredevil than expected. 25 lbs makes a difference.)

Hmmm this is a toughie but I say Daredevil, let me explain people say Nightwing has more experience but does he really DD has been training just as long if not longer because he’s older. Nightwing was trained by the Bat and stuff but does that mean that he’d be able to figure out DD’s secret in a fight. That’s completely nonsensical ‘oh your head tilted slightly you must be deaf. People assume that Nightwing is able to figure it out in the middle of a fight which isn’t true maybe if they fought a second time. Also people seem to be saying since nightwings been trained in more styles that means he’ll win ever heard of “Jack of all trades master of none” Daredevil could beat him since he might be more skilled in even one more area. Also super senses, people don’t give DD enough credit, his agility may be above Nightwings because of that, super senses means superhuman sense of balance and equilibrium. He’d be able to deflect or dodge anything Nightwing threw at him on top of being able to ‘see’ tactical weaknesses in Nightwings armor and hit his pressure points from yards away with the billy clubs. Nightwings arsenal is huge but who says he brought sonic batarangs this time, stealth is completely useless against daredevil even if he can’t hear you his sense of smell is better than Wolverines. So yes Daredevil would win

Nightwing does have experience and great martial arts skills, but relies heavily on the element of surprise. Against Daredevil, there is no element of surprise, and that’s the tipping point. What could Nightwing do that Daredevil couldn’t see coming?

I guess a draw isn’t possible, eh? Well, it is close, but I would have to say Daredevil. As many others have said, their fighting skills are likely on par. DD would edge things out when it comes to utilization of his radar sense. Nightwing would never see it coming… (see what I did there?)
