Iceman natural mutant abilities would be too much for Freezes artificial cold
As a scientis and an expert in cold, Freeze could possible contain Iceman. However, I would bet a mutant with natural abilities in ice and cold would defeat just a man in a suit. Iceman for the win.
I’m not super familiar with Marvel characters, but I believe Iceman can actually manipulate ice right? I would have to give him the edge. Freeze can create ice, but he is just as susceptible to being frozen stiff as anybody else. His suit makes him super strong but slow, Iceman has the advantage of still being an agile person. I begrudgingly give it to Iceman.
Gotta go with Iceman. Natural ability vs needing a weapon.
As a fellow Super Hero, I’m gonna put my bet on Iceman.

Iceman for the win, al the way. Freeze needs a Cryo suit to survive and a gun to project the ice. Iceman is not just immune to cold, as Mr. freeze is, but generates is own cold and ice, including making shapes out of it, and has created travel abilities based of the ice, showing superior manipulation. One rupture in Mr. Freeze’s suit and the fight is simply over, not only that but the suit’s internal temperature has to be a certain degree of cold as well, so he can’t even take all forms of cold, just high extremes. This is a bit like the human torch going up against a fire fighter in a flame retardant suit with a flame thrower.
Freeze is the genius-the guy who KNOWS every possibility in freezing/ice. Iceman is a mutant with a power pretty much useless against Mr Freeze, as 1)he requires cold to survive, and 2) his suit gives him adequate strength to break any ice prison. Freeze has spent far too long fighting the Bat to let any last-ditch OMG-imadieimadieimadie strategy to work. Freeze easily.

Iceman hands down. Freeze wouldn’t stand a chance.
i wanna say Freeze because i hate to see one-sided arguments. But i’m a big iceman fan, although freeze is a scientist, Xavier’s school teaches kids not only to control their powers, but the sciences involved with their powers too, so as far as knowledge on ice goes, i’d say they’re on par. But if iceman’s manipulation power could mean that he could remove ice.. then surely he’d have the advantage, also, he’s one of the strongest mutants around when his powers fully manifest..
Bobby Drake (Iceman) wins because he is ice continually. Bobby can damage Mr. Freeze’s freeze equipment.
Whichever one creates a knife out of ice and stabs the other. My bet would be on Iceman , cause I can’t Imagine how hard it would be to make a knife using a ice gun.
Iceman would win this one. He has natural ice ability. Where Mr. Freeze is just some guy with suit and an ice gun who will die if he is not in his suit. Iceman is also a well trained X-men member
Freeze, just becouse iceman isnt that smart or think that much. freese could beat him without breaking an icesycle.
