this ring is outstanding. it has an incredible shine and smooth finish across the shield. it had a rounded curve towards the point of the shield so you can easily reach into your pockets without snagging your hand. the ring does not turn your fingers green. so it must have a special finish coating, i would not risk washing your hands with the ring on, just to preserve the ring itself. my only problem is that the ring does not some with a protective box.
