So apparently pennants were traditionally flown by people going to war, becoming increasingly popular on battleships. Makes you wonder how pennants became a staple of colleges, doesn't it? I can understand the competitive nature, but we gotta draw the line somewhere people! At least with this 30 inch Batman pennant you'll just be arguing with Superman fans, or Marvel Fans. That is just one of those things where you get to pick your fight, mainly because people's favorite characters are so varied! Nothing is really set in stone for the comic book world, so the best thing you can do is to support your people whenever you can.
