The Batman is most assuredly a character of the city. He may have been trained out in the wilderness with all of that ninja stuff, but at the end of the night he's sleeping in a mansion. Well, maybe the very end of the night mainly because Batman gets most of his work done at that time. It is really kind of hard to be the Batman during the day because everybody knows bats come out at night. Jeeez. That's why they have echolocation! Oh my...I think I've just come to a terrible epiphany. I think the Batman is a vampire and the Joker is just a kind of Van Hellsing character. WE HAVE GOT THE WHOLE STORY WRONG. The Batman needs to feed on blood! Wait, I've just been informed by my superiors that I've had too much caffeine and I should stay on point.
