There a couple of rules for acceptance into the coveted Green Lantern Corps. First, you have to have an over abundance of willpower(obviously). Secondly, one needs to ascribe to the tenants of the Book of Oa(No lethal force...'cept against Sinestro's little Corps). Thirdly, you need to have a color scheme that is congruent with rest of the Corps. That means the symbol must be on the chest, and there has to be some green and black going on.
