You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date provided to you by email. We do not charge any restocking fees. We guarantee every shipment we send out and we want you to be satisfied. Please reference our customer service Help Desk or call 866-787-4376 if there is a problem. For health safety reasons, underwear, swimwear and body jewelry cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective or Mis-Shipped Products
We're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and condition. If the reason is due to our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, you will not be charged to ship the new item(s); for straight returns, we will credit you for the original shipping cost.
Wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind?
We will exchange your item or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, in "as-new" condition, and do not appear washed, worn, or stained. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. When you exchange an item, we will charge a small fee to ship the replacement, as well as any price difference. When you return an item outright, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method for the price paid, or an email gift certificate if preferred. We do not refund shipping costs.
