That or they have grown complicit from not having to fight Jedi. When people can dodge your shots or reflect them back at you, you're dealing with something a bit more then 'The Matrix'. Every time somebody buys this 100% cotton, 30 single t-shirt(meaning it is really soft!) a small fraction of the profit is donated to the 'Stormtrooper Rehabilitation Program', which teaches former troopers to learn to live without the helmet.
