Gotham seems to have the same climate as Great Britain...rainy and dark all of the time! You guys ever remember seeing Gotham as a ray of sunshine, full of happiness and good thoughts? Yeah, didn't think so. Maybe it is the nature of the City, or maybe people just like making the city look ominous but Gotham definitely has a look and feel that makes it stick out in our proverbial minds. Along those lines, I wonder if Batman's costume is water resistant? Even if his standard costume isn't like that, the Batman Juvy Caped Costume Raincoat sure is!
