Shipping Information

Same Day Shipping
As long as the item(s) you are ordering are in-stock, we guarantee that it will ship out within 1 business day. Want a better guarantee than that? As long as you place your order by 12:00 EST time Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), we will ship out your in-stock items the same day we get your order! If you are placing an order after 12:00 PM EST and need it to ship the same day, please call us (866-787-4376) and we will do our absolute best to make it happen.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Below you will find a list of the shipping options we offer. The delivery estimates are just that, estimates. If you need to get something by a certain date, give us a call or send us an email and our customer service team will be happy to help guide you towards the best option.

When calculating your shipping time, don't count the day it ships. For instance, if you are ordering something UPS 2nd Day air and it's Monday morning, Tuesday would be Day 1 and Wednesday would be Day 2.

UPS Options

UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday or Sunday. They offer Guaranteed Delivery Dates and excellent tracking. If you choose UPS, you must provide your street address, as UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Our warehouse is in Sinking Spring, PA, so the closer you are to us, the quicker you will receive your package.

  • UPS Ground - Takes 1-6 business days to anywhere in the continental US.
  • UPS 3 Day Select - Takes 1-3 business days to anywhere in the continental US.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Takes 1-2 business days to anywhere in the US including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • UPS Next Day Air - Next business day. If you place your order Monday - Thursday by 12:00 PM EST, you will receive your package the next day by 12:00 PM EST.

US Postal Service (USPS) - Domestic/U.S. Options

One of the big advantages of the USPS is that they deliver on Saturdays and that they are generally cheaper for lighter weight packages. Our warehouse is in Sinking Spring, PA, so the closer you are to us, the quicker you will receive your package.

  • USPS Parcel Post - This is generally the cheapest shipping option we offer. On average it takes 2 - 7 days to get your package but it can occasionally take longer.
  • USPS Priority Mail - This option takes 1-3 days on average; however, USPS does not guarantee the delivery time.

US Postal Service - International Options

Providing delivery estimates on International shipments is quite difficult, as it varies for every country. Tracking packages is limited as well. The US Postal Service provides a delivery confirmation system, but it relies on the receiving country to update the tracking and this doesn't always happen. Shipping methods available for International orders include:

  • USPS 1st Class International - This option is only available for lighter weight packages. If you order is less than 4 pounds you can choose to have it shipped via 1st Class International. 1st Class International is the least expensive shipping method for international orders. The USPS does not provide delivery estimates for 1st Class International shipments, but our experience has been that orders shipped 1st Class International generally take 10-14 business days depending on the destination country, though in rare cases we have seen delivery times as long as 6 weeks.
  • USPS Priority International - This option is available for packages of any weight. The USPS estimates 6-10 business days for Priority International shipments.
Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipments (Continental USA)

If you are in the Continental USA, you can choose between UPS or the US Postal Service (USPS). For smaller shipments, the USPS is almost always cheaper than UPS, but shipping times vary a bit more and the USPS's tracking system is limited. What the USPS calls a tracking number is a delivery confirmation number. UPS, on the other hand, is more expensive for lighter packages (under 2 pounds) but they offer excellent tracking and the deliver on time 99.9% of the time. The USPS offers no guarantee on delivery date. If you are placing a larger order, UPS will begin to become the cheaper of the two options.

Domestic Shipments (Alaska, Hawaii, Outside Territories)

The shipping options are slightly more limited when we are shipping outside of the lower 48 states. UPS Ground and UPS 3-Day Select are not available in Alaska, Hawaii or other U.S. territories. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii and want to use UPS, you will need to use Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. For the USPS, you can choose to ship to Alaska or Hawaii using Parcel Post but we would highly recommend paying a little extra to have it sent Priority Mail. Delivery times for Parcel Post are highly inconsistent to those two states.

International Shipments

We only ship internationally with the USPS. Shipping times vary greatly depending on the country you live in and therefore the shipping estimates we offer are less reliable than they are for the Continental U.S. You may also be required to pay a customs tax fee in your country. This fee is not charged by us, it is charged by your country. If you are concerned about the customs tax, please check with your country's postal system to determine how it may impact you.

Returning and Exchanging Merchandise

I received my order and one of the clothing items (t-shirt, hat, etc.) doesn't fit. What can I do?

If you receive a t-shirt or other apparel item that doesn't fit right, we will gladly exchange it for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase and wear your superhero shirts and other clothing items comfortably. Each manufacturer produces its products a little bit differently, and we do our best to provide sizing charts that reflect those differences. Please contact our customer service department at orders@superherostuff.com and they will provide you with instructions for returning the shirt and getting the size you need. The shirt must be returned in the condition in which it was received and in its original packaging. We are not able to accept shirts with stains, marks or other signs of wear. We charge a $1.00 restock fee per shirt for all returns/exchanges unless the mistake/problem was on our end. Exchanges are available for 30 days from the date you receive your order.

I received my order but you sent me the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. What can I do?

We do our best to make sure every order we send out is accurate, but occasionally mistakes do happen. We guarantee every shipment we send out and we want you to be satisfied. If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, have no fear, we will take care of it for you. Please contact our customer service department at orders@superherostuff.com or call us at 1-866-787-4376 and we can make the arrangements for getting the merchandise back and sending you the right thing. If we made a mistake, you will not be charged any sort of re-stock fee. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is a problem.
