Our Advice to You: the closer we get to Christmas, the more we recommend selecting a UPS shipping option to ship your order.  U.S. Post Office options are generally just as fast and arrive when they’re supposed to, but UPS guarantees 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air deliveries and has a better system for tracking packages.  If you need your order by a specific date and you’re running out of time, UPS is your best bet.

- Shipping times above do not include the order date. Budget & standard post can take 1-2 days to process.

- USPS picks up and delivers packages on Saturdays, so there are six (6) business days in a week for USPS shipping methods.

- USPS delivery times vary based on the recipient's proximity to our warehouse (PA, 19608) and USPS shipping hubs. The USPS does not guarantee that packages will arrive in its quoted shipping times, and it is our experience that USPS shipments can sometimes take longer in December due to increased package volumes. To be safe, we recommend building in a buffer of 1-2 days extra days when selecting a USPS shipping method.

- Ground and 3-Day Services are not guaranteed by UPS after December 11. The holidays are a busy time for everyone, so take this into account when you’re ordering. Your package will ship on time, but things like bad weather or mistakes on the part of UPS can cause your shipments to be late during this busy time of year. If you don’t receive your order on time, UPS will refund the cost of all Next Day services and 2nd Day services unless the cause of the delay was adverse weather conditions. Unfortunately, UPS will not refund 3rd Day and Ground Services if they are late. If you want to play it safe, we recommend upgrading your shipping to allow at least 1 day of cushion in case any issues pop up.

- Shipping times above do not include the day it ships. The first day en route to your order's destination will be the following business day. For example, if you are in a 3-day zone and your package leaves our facility on Monday, you will receive it on Thursday. Please note that weekends and holidays observed by UPS are not considered business days.

Priority International orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will ship the same day.  Priority orders should be placed by 12/9/2014 if you plan on recieving the package for Christmas. Due to customs inspections orders can take longer to arrive and are not guarenteed. Give yourself as much lead time as possible.
